Requirements
- Hands-on technical aptitude for product design, development, and evaluation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Appreciation for Safety
- Must be available for the Fall 2026 semester, full-time, from August-December.
Responsibilities
- Completing New Product Development (NPD) testing and creating corresponding test reports
- Developing solutions to problems based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- 3D Prototyping novel concepts and designs
- Developing test specifications and designing test fixtures
- Collaborating with international associates as needed to complete project goals
