Requirements

  • Strong academic capabilities demonstrated through GPA.
  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred.
  • Completion of a minimum 1 year of college courses; preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive actions to completion.
  • Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goals.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Explore opportunities in the supply chain while working on real projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements in flow planning for finished products, raw materials, and finishing supplies.
  • Conduct space utilization and optimization analysis.
  • Analyze warehouse operations systems.
  • Manage raw material/finishing supply plans in support of finished goods production.
  • Generate requirements across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Drive performance of third-party DC operations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound flow within a manufacturing setting.
  • Support production requirements and manage inventory control.
  • Collaborate with carriers for price, service, and equipment to achieve delivery of materials and product.

Benefits

  • Starting Hourly Wage: $21.50 USD.
  • Eligible for overtime pay.
