About The Position

The Engineering Co-op position at ADTRAN, Inc. offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering while working on real-time projects alongside experienced professionals. This role is designed for undergraduate students who are eager to learn and contribute to various aspects of software development, hardware design, and technical support within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate degree, at least a sophomore.
• Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 out of 4.0 or higher.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from August - December 2023.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Provide overall day-to-day team support.
• Participate in various development opportunities including lunch and learns and training courses.
