The Operations Support, Technology & Business Strategy Department assists the entire Flight Operations Division through advancing technology applications and initiatives to drive the division's mission. The team evaluates current work processes to identify and recommend business opportunities and supports technology solutions that align with senior leadership's strategy to continuously improve the line pilot experience. The purpose of the Flight Operations Business Strategy department is to identify strategic opportunities that add value to the business and deliver an industry-leading product to our pilots. This is accomplished by working closely with Flight Ops stakeholders to determine continuous improvement initiatives that drive quality outcomes across the department.
