Job Details Position Summary: Under general direction of the Supervisor , responsible for assisting in the implementation of solutions to challenges in departmental activities. These duties will primarily reside within our Finance, Strategic Global Sourcing, and US Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics departments.

Requirements

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, finance, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Knowledge of procurement department processes, system and tools
• Basic project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services and products
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in team setting
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Identifies areas of process improvement.
• Creates, maintains and updates SOP’s and other documentation related to the position.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
