As a Customer Success Consultant Co-op within Chamberlain Group’s Emerging Business Group, you will gain hands-on experience with our myQ Enterprise software, CRM tools, and knowledge management systems. You’ll support the development and execution of customer communication cadences to maintain regular touchpoints and engagement. You will also contribute to documenting solution functionality to enhance our internal knowledgebase, helping both our team and our customers access information more efficiently. This work will also support onboarding and training for new team members and customers on the myQ Enterprise platform. You’ll learn about Chamberlain’s IoT-enabled commercial hardware and our myQ Enterprise software, which is deployed in warehouses and distribution centers. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and contribute to supporting both new and existing customers.
