About The Position

Delta Crew Tracking and Operations Travel Desk (OTD) seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Crew Tracking and OTD strategy and decision-making. The Co-op will work directly with the team responsible for tackling a wide range of interesting and challenging projects that contribute directly to Delta's operational reliability and regulatory compliance. Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule: Summer 2026 - 1st rotation Spring 2027 - 2nd rotation Fall 2027 - 3rd rotation

Responsibilities

• Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation and designing/implementing a replacement, delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time and increase accuracy
• Utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget.
• Help gather and tabulate feedback to better understand the team's daily workload and highlight opportunities to reduce that workload.
• Collaborate on the documentation of new and existing processes so the team has the tools necessary to do their job consistently and effectively.
