A full-time position is available. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Looking for someone with experience or willingness to learn both bread and pastry, with high standards in recipe accuracy and quality control. Previous experience supervising or managing staff is also a plus. Purpose: Assist in the management of the Bakery Department with a focus on staff training, coaching, shift flow design, and scheduling. Leads and participates in food service operations to prepare attractive, healthy products for natural foods deli and bakery. Manages Bakery Staff (Bread and Pastry) to meet objectives for quality, sales, margin, labor, and customer service.
