About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Co-Manager to help lead our Starbucks team at JFK Terminal 8. If you’re a natural leader with a strong focus on operations and guest service, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic and supportive organization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a food, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for coffee and creating meaningful guest experiences
  • Must be able to obtain airport security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed
  • Coach and develop baristas and shift supervisors
  • Drive store performance through hands-on leadership and accountability
  • Uphold Starbucks and Villa standards for service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and reporting
