About The Position

Hobby Lobby is seeking experienced retail store managers to join their team as a Co-Manager in Pasadena. The role involves fostering teamwork in a fast-paced, creative environment. The company emphasizes internal promotions for all Operational Leaders and offers a work schedule where stores are open 66 hours per week and closed on Sundays. Employees also have access to the Hobby Lobby Chaplain Services Department. The position offers a starting salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus bonus. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, humility, adaptability, strong motivational skills, consistent and effective communication, and organizational/planning abilities. This is a safety-sensitive position, subject to pre-employment drug testing.
