About The Position

The Co-Manager at Wingstop plays a crucial role in providing strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant. Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team members.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is safe for both team members and guests.
  • Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Write and implement performance plans for shift leaders and team members.
  • Create team member schedules to ensure proper staffing levels based on expected sales volumes.
  • Audit operations and provide feedback to facilitate improvements.
  • Understand budget and cost trends impacting operations and create a business plan.
  • Perform financial analysis and control cash, property, product, and equipment.
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members for high performance.
