About The Position

The Goddard School® in Roswell is seeking a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Co-Lead Teacher for our Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher required
Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting strongly preferred
Must be dependable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoy working with children
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum
Inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in every child
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Demonstrate strong classroom leadership and organization
Build positive relationships with families through clear, consistent communication
Supervise children at all times, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
Observe and document children’s development and progress
Work closely with other teachers to support a positive team culture
Model and implement positive discipline and social-emotional learning strategies
