About The Position

Groundworks, the nation's leading foundation solutions company, is hiring a Co-Foreman to join our team in Jackson, MS! As a Co-Foreman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with fast growth potential.

Requirements

• Experience leading crews or small teams
• Basic construction or mechanical skills
• Strong communication & teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in crawl spaces

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman in leading and motivating your crew
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites
• Install foundation and waterproofing solutions
• Troubleshoot challenges and ensure quality work
• Deliver excellent service to homeowners
• Complete all required documentation accurately
