Requirements

• 1+ year of childcare center leadership experience
• Director/Administrative credentials (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of state licensing regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support daily center operations and ensure licensing compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff
• Build strong relationships with families and conduct tours
• Drive enrollment, retention, and overall center performance
