Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Capture and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports and data visualizations.
  • Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to automate and streamline reporting processes.
  • Map, analyze, and detail current business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize processes.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting tools and systems.
  • Assist in training and onboarding users on reporting tools, processes, and documentation.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, supervising progress, and providing updates.
