Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance is required
Technical leadership experience in leading small teams
5 years test engineering or related experience
3 year of experience developing in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language
3 year of experience working on Linux/Unix systems
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, VPN)
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interface with customers, end-users, technical leads, and program management

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI with a FSP is highly preferred
Experience building test automation frameworks
Experience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentation
Familiarity with Agile mindset and methodologies
Ability to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategies
Experience using virtualization technologies such as Docker

Responsibilities

Verify the consistency and quality of our products and be actively involved throughout the entire development process.
Engage with internal and customer stakeholders to derive system requirements and react to mission needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, and how to effectively integrate them with various technologies to build a real-world test environment and create a test plan.
Utilize your technical skills to build and maintain custom test frameworks and generate thorough documentation.
