About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Systematically assesses the health care needs of individuals or groups and formulates a care plan.
• Implements and evaluates the care plan.
• Coordinates the care of patients and directs assistive personnel.
• Demonstrates awareness of environmental forces on health care.
• Identifies resources necessary to implement the plan of care.
• Works collaboratively with other health professionals.
• Develops trusting relationships with patients and families.
