Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup, program, operate and adjust CNC controlled steel wire forming equipment. Setup, operate and adjust mechanical and manual steel wire forming equipment. Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Strong work ethic. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge and understanding of steel wire forming characteristics . Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED required. Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids. Must possess a positive, 'can do' attitude. THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: Previous experience with CNC and manual wire forming equipment. Previous experience with AIM wire formers and Fanuc controls. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
