About The Position

The position involves manufacturing precision metal products using CNC turning centers. The qualified candidate will operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki, focusing on machining both metallic and nonmetallic workpieces specifically for the aerospace industry. The role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to interpret technical documents.

Requirements

• 2 Years of experience in setup and operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines.
• 2 Years of experience in precision CNC machining.
• Experience with Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret process plans and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
• Utilize various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Complete necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including checking proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, and cleaning the machine.
