About The Position

A lathe alarms, a Swiss machine drifts out of tolerance, and a mill needs scheduled service. You step in—troubleshoot, repair, document, and get the team back on track. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, read on. Your Mission Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines to protect uptime. Rapidly diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and implement effective fixes. Maintain meticulous service records and maintenance logs. Collaborate closely with production and engineering to improve process reliability and efficiency. Recommend and carry out approved equipment upgrades or improvements. Model strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
- Direct experience on CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines is required.
- Fluent in reading blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals; strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable, detail-driven, and open to working overtime when needed.
Nice To Haves
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus (not required).
