About The Position

The Job: As a CNC Swiss Operator, you'll be part of our Berea, Ohio team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to: Setup and operate CNC SWISS Machines Control and adjust machine settings Load tooling and material Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Troubleshoot machine and bar-feeder malfunctions that might occur Compete statistical process control (SPC) for part runs Maintain calibrated gauge logs

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Swiss Machine operator
• Working knowledge of measurement tools and equipment (caliper, micrometer, comparators, etc.)
• Understanding and interpreting GD&T Code
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Perform Machine Preventive Maintenance
