About The Position

As a CNC Swiss Lathe Setup Machinist, you will transform prints into perfectly executed parts using advanced Swiss-type turning centers, producing diameters from 1/16" to 1 1/2". How you’ll contribute You’ll lead setups, select tooling, establish offsets, and perform minor program edits to ensure reliable, repeatable results. You’ll verify features with metrology instruments and an optical comparator, maintaining tight tolerances and clean finishes. Alongside a collaborative, small team, you’ll share insights, improve processes, and celebrate wins as parts move from prototype to production.
