Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a CNC Specials Operator to join our team in Princeton, MN! Since 1947, Crystal Cabinet Works has been a custom cabinet manufacturer located in central Minnesota. We are recognized for the exceptional value we build into every cabinet. We sell our fine cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. Responsibilities
- Receives direction from the supervisor and notifies the supervisor when more work is needed.
- Maintains the work area, machinery, and tools in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Follows all safety procedures, rules and guidelines as well as notifies the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.
- Receives or obtains parts, stock for jobs for production ensuring product meets specifications.
- Sets up/makes fences and fixtures as needed for special request product.
- Makes modifications to software programs to achieve desired results.
- Troubleshoots and solves operational problems.
- Cleans the router thoroughly and frequently.
- Changes tooling as needed per specifications identifies per drawing or special request.
- Sets up router.
- Operates router and monitors its operation while adjusting as needed.
- Conducts preventive maintenance as needed.
- Assures product meets quality standards and specifications.
