We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Setup Specialist to join our growing team.

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce high-quality precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to ensure proper tolerances and specifications are met.
  • Perform first piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for optimal production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining and setup issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Work closely with programmers and operators to optimize machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining techniques.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with various CNC controls and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak) is a plus.
