About The Position

Automotive/defense manufacturer is seeking experienced CNC Set‑Up and Machine Operators who take pride in precision quality, and efficiency. This is a production-driven environment requiring strong blueprint reading, set-up capability, and consistent quality control. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for strong performers.

Requirements

• 3+ years CNC experience (set-up required)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Experience with G-code/M-code preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform full machine set-ups on CNC mills and lathes
• Load tools, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot programs
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
• Perform minor machine troubleshooting
