We are looking for a motivated CNC Setup Machinist with 1–3 years of experience who wants to grow their skills and build a long-term career in machining.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of CNC machining or setup experience
• Basic experience with CNC mills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• HAAS machine experience
• Basic knowledge of Mastercam
• Trade school or machining certificate

Responsibilities

• Set up HAAS CNC milling machines for production
• Install tools, vises, fixtures, and workholding
• Load programs and set tool offsets
• Run parts and monitor machine operation
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and follow blueprints
• Make minor adjustments to maintain part quality
• Keep your work area clean and safe
