Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan Dual Spindle Lathes
  • 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan 5-Axis CNC Milling Centers
  • Can work 2nd shift hours 4:00pm-12:30am with OT until 3:30am. There is a $3.00/hr shift differential.
  • Missile Defense Agency requires our employees be US Citizen, US Person (permanent resident or granted status as a “protected person” under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) (refugee and asylum recipients)
  • Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms requiring a stringent background screening
  • Federal Aviation Administration – mandated drug testing program (prohibits drugs, including marijuana)

Responsibilities

  • Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to set up and operate CNC machinery.
  • Maintain precision by working within a tolerance of ± 0.00010” across various materials.
  • Proficiently setup and operate 5-Axis Milling centers and/or Multi Spindle/Multi Turret lathes. Showcase competency in bench work and deburring tasks.
