Are you a Certified CNC Maintenance Technician ready to transition from fixing problems to teaching the solutions? Your mission: Be the best facilitator, who transforms customers and HFO technicians into the most educated and profitable Haas users in the world. You won't just teach; you'll mentor, creating an environment where 100% customer satisfaction is the only objective. How you will contribute mightily to the Phillips mission: Deliver Mastery: Lead advanced and foundational Haas maintenance and repair courses for customers and HFO technicians seeking Haas Certification. Create Programs: Design cutting-edge training that makes customers thrilled to pay to upskill their maintenance teams. Be the Expert: Stay relentlessly knowledgeable and committed to the path of continual self-improvement and teaching. Champion Cohesion: Build strong relationships between service and sales to win and retain customers. Requirements
- 5+ years related experience as a certified CNC maintenance technician.
- Deep expertise in all repair and maintenance procedures on multiple CNC machines.
- A friendly, personable, and patient approach with a genuine desire to teach a diverse group of adults.
