Requirements

• Experience with CNC machines or a strong mechanical aptitude.
• A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but not required, especially if you have industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install CNC machines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Seek out and eliminate roadblocks for customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Travel to various sites to ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
