About The Position

Responsible for maintaining manufacturing operations by following work instructions, running production/CNC machinery and keeping equipment and the surrounding work area clean.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a CNC Router.
• FANUC control experience.
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with programming on CNC Machines is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines according to job specifications.
• Ability to use appropriate gauges and standard measure devices.
• Maintain equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
• Load/unload machines as needed.
• Inspects products at the machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
• Troubleshoot machine issues such as alignment, bit wear, or programming errors.
