About The Position

As a CNC Router Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, responsible for operating CNC routers to create precision components from various materials. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge will ensure high-quality output. You will utilize premium skills such as CNC programming and precision measuring instruments to maintain accuracy. Effective communication and basic math skills will be essential for collaborating with team members and adhering to quality control standards. Requirements

• Great math and communication skills
• Locking toolbox with essential hand tools to start
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints
• Must be detail-oriented
• Work on your feet for 8-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

• Would prefer experience with CNC Milling

Responsibilities

• Ensuring CNC machines are fully setup to produce high-quality parts
• Meeting all production schedules and deadlines
• Provide feedback and updates to Management on production metrics and goals
• Diagnose tool wear patterns and determine causes
• Provide input into product optimization
• Perform open bench quality inspections
• Consult with tooling and equipment vendors to find optimal solutions
