About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Woodworking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC routers to produce wood components according to design specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The technician will also conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment, collaborate with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, and may be required to use additional woodworking tools such as table saws, miter saws, shapers, planners, and finishing tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Woodworking Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming CNC routers using CAD/CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in woodworking is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish highly desired.
