The Router Service Specialist plays a vital role in providing on-location service and support to our existing customer base. This position is crucial for ensuring that customers experience reliability and superior customer service through timely and quality installation and repair of CNC Router Machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing warranty repairs, maintenance, and installation of our products, thereby contributing to the continued growth of AAG. As part of our Service Team, the Router Service Specialist will be expected to train customers on CNC Router Machine operation, resolve product and service-related concerns, and provide customer service and online support. The role involves conducting on-site service calls, providing guidance and support to customers, and collaborating with engineers on product development and system upgrades. This position requires a motivated individual who can work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
