We are hiring across 1st and 2nd shifts in a modern, air-conditioned facility with strong growth, overtime, and advancement opportunities. Open Positions CNC Operators / Machinists / Manufacturing Engineers 1st & 2nd Shift $20–$25/hr (Operators) $25–$29/hr (Setup Machinists) Up to $45/hr (CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineers) Shifts: 1st: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM 2nd: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM Operate CNC machines, perform setups, monitor production, and ensure part quality. Quality Inspector – 1st Shift $20–$35/hr (higher end for CMM Programming / advanced quality skills) Quality Engineers: $38–$45/hr Hands-on dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and quality documentation. CMM Operator – 2nd Shift $20–$25/hr + 10% shift differential Operate CMM equipment and perform precision inspections to tight tolerances. Visual Inspector – 1st Shift $18–$23/hr Microscope-based visual inspection for defects such as scratches, coating issues, or debris.
