Proficiency in decoding technical schematics and guiding documents.
Familiarity with quality assessment tools and standards.

Adaptability to work both solo and in a dynamic, team-driven setting.
Flexibility to cover extended hours and overtime duties when required.
Proficiency in Equipment Troubleshooting
CNC Tooling Expertise
Experience in CNC Machine Repair
Capable of Preparing Machine Setups for Production Runs
Strong in Troubleshooting CNC Machines
Manual Machining Competency
Tool/Die/Mold Repair Artistry
Experienced in Tool/Die/Mold Setup

Responsibilities

Masterfully configure and control CNC machines to fabricate components that match intricate blueprints and technical orders.
Serve as the go-to expert for reading and deciphering blueprints and work orders.
Ensure optimal machine performance by closely monitoring operations and performing any necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring our equipment runs like clockwork.
Uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout the production journey.
