About The Position
We are seeking experienced CNC Programmers / Machinists to support a growing advanced manufacturing operation producing high-precision components for aerospace, defense, and related industries.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- At least 2 years of CNC programming experience
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls
- Strong setup, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- You should be proficient in: CNC Programming
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Develop and optimize programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Tebis)
- Perform full machine setups, including tooling and offsets
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards
- Inspect finished parts and make necessary adjustments
