About The Position
This role supports CNC milling operations by developing and maintaining CNC programs in a manufacturing environment. The position focuses on supporting production needs, collaborating with technical teams, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
- CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience programming 3 and 4-axis Mills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CNC programs to support milling operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, programming, and machining teams to support production and improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming or machining issues as they arise.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, quality, and reliability.
- Assist with program validation, optimization, and production support as needed.
