Program complex parts in the CMM. Ability to write programs for the CNC’s. Trouble shoot and correct issues with the CNC software. Develop cutting tools and fixtures for the CNC’s. Ability to run/setup CNC’s, detect issues and make corrections. Assist fellow toolmakers when needed. Lead by example demonstrating proper shop techniques. Perform work with tolerance of + / – .00025 or better. Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary. Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards for which Fair Rite is certified Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety and Health Policy.
