The CNC Programmer role combines advanced programming, manufacturing engineering, and hands-on CNC machining support. This position is responsible for developing complete manufacturing processes, including tooling design, setup methods, and optimized cutting strategies. The Programmer creates high-quality numerical control (NC) programs for various machine platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. In addition to programming duties, this role works directly on the shop floor to troubleshoot machining issues, validate processes, collaborate with machinists, and operate CNC machines when needed to support production.
