About The Position

Requirements

• 2-year vocational degree in machining field or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years of precision machining direct work-related experience.
• Strong multi-axis programming skills.
• Proficiency in advanced G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Experience with Haas controllers and high-speed machining for mills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines.
• Produce complex machined parts according to specifications.
• Read and understand multi-axis CNC programs.
• Inspect machined parts for quality assurance.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards in machining processes.
• Mentor less experienced CNC operators.
• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability.
