Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in MasterCAM software to join our team. The role involves programming CNC machines, optimizing cutting paths, and ensuring high-quality production. The position is full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule and flexible start times.

  • Program CNC machines using MasterCAM software to model cutting paths and determine machine movements.
  • Optimize cutting paths and machine settings to improve productivity while ensuring high quality.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters based on material requirements.
  • Review part drawings, sketches, and designs to determine dimensions, configurations, and machining strategies.
  • Compute dimensions, radii, and angles and outline the sequence of operations for accurate machining.
  • Create instruction sheets and cutter lists for machine setup and operation.
  • Write and adjust machine code to guide machine movements along cutting paths.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming with expertise in MasterCAM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and skill in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or logistical issues efficiently.
