We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on CAM experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-motivated, independent worker who is comfortable managing both programming and machining responsibilities from setup through finished part.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience using CAM
  • Minimum 5 years’ CNC machining experience
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience as a CAD-CAM programmer with 3D modeling skills.
  • Skilled in machining setup and operations
  • Confident making program edits at the machine
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Program CNC machines using Fusion 360 CAM
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines
  • Make real-time machine-side program edits
  • Run production parts and monitor part quality
  • Perform in-process inspections using: Micrometers Calipers Other precision measuring equipment
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
