About The Position

The position involves operating and maintaining CNC machining equipment within the Flowserve Center of Excellence Manufacturing Center. The role focuses on manufacturing Flowserve components using advanced CNC and automation technologies, ensuring operational compliance and quality standards. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, emphasizing a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• Previous experience setting up and running CNC lathes or mills.
• CNC editing and programming experience.
• Experience using Gantry Cranes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment and carry out manufacturing tasks.
• Set up and run CNC lathes or mills for production.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment as needed.
• Follow established operational procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators for quality control.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
