About The Position

CNC PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN Is responsible for the set up and operation of a production machine inI accordance with established procedures and guidelines. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines to shape lumber and nonferrous materials Use probes, calibration programs, and height gauges to ensure accuracy Touch off tools and manage spoil boards for optimal performance Inspect finished products to meet exact specifications Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Perform pre-shift equipment checks and minor maintenance Collaborate with a team that values safety, speed, and quality What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of CNC machine experience (FANUC control preferred) Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret machine code Comfort with computers and digital tools A hands-on, can-do attitude and a drive to grow Why UFP? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of CNC machine experience (FANUC control preferred)
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
