About The Position
As a Processor you will be responsible for sawing and cutting, drilling and coping, breaking and rolling, material components according to technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring that they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
- Safe operation of all hand tools and non-automated equipment
- Safe operation of all material handling equipment
- Knowledge of material shapes, grades and sizes
- Ability to Read BOM
- Follow cut lists
- Accurately layout small parts
- Ability to QC small parts
- Operate some automated equipment
- Knowledge and ability to perform preventative maintenance
- Limited programing skills
- Operate all processing equipment, automated and manual
- Advanced programing skills
- Train fellow employees on all processing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes
