You transform donated human tissue into high-precision products for use as surgical implants. You have direct ownership of the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to foot wounds. Work hours: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm / MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN for 30-90 days: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Work environment: Manufacturing Cleanroom (having contact with Human Tissue and Bone) Location: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + 11% Shift Differential = $23.31/hour

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

CNC Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
Stay current on all company required training.
Comply with all applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPAA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Set-up and operate CNC machines under direct supervision converting various bone segments into precision allografts in accordance with the established Production Schedule while achieving expected tissue yields and output rates.
Follow work instructions and procedures to load materials, monitor machining processes, and inspect basic graft quality.
Participate in setting up, tearing down, decontaminating, and sterilizing cleanroom spaces and equipment for each processing event.
Participate in documenting all manufacturing steps executed compliant with GDP standards and at expected output rates.
Participate in management approved cross training to non-CNC skill blocks as defined in Skills Matrix.
Other duties as assigned.
