Your Impact Transform engineering intent into precision parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment using Mazatrol and G/M code . Span multiple platforms—CNC horizontals, verticals, turning centers, plus manual lathes and grinders—covering at least three machine categories. Engineer robust setups: choose tooling and fixtures, establish offsets, and build standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring. Interpret drawings, work instructions, and BOMs; verify critical features with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances. Own quality and uptime: identify defects, adjust processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Document with discipline: complete production logs, setup sheets, work orders, material usage, and deviation reports accurately and on time. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers and supervisors to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement. Champion safety—attend monthly EHS training, wear required PPE, and promptly report hazards or incidents.
