About The Position

Summary of Job: The Cobot CNC Plastic Rotor Operator will be responsible for setting up, load, inspecting and debur machined precision parts that meet quality standards.

Requirements

• CNC machining experience required.
• Able to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
• Able to read and interpret charts, drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety procedures relating to operating machinery and handling materials.
• Must be able to follow directions and perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Communicate with supervisor and between shifts.
• High School Diploma, or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to 3 Cobot CNC Plastic Rotor machines
• Load the 64 pc Cobot tables with new rotor molds
• Verify / inspect parts for accuracy according to blueprints.
• Prepare and load multiple rows of up to 3 Cobot machines
• When inspecting, remove or debur parts.
• Identify product defects and work with QC team.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a professional, clean and safe work area.
