About The Position

Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We’re looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do: Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances. Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks. Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required PPE.

Requirements

Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions .
Strong mechanical aptitude , attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team .
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and clear communication in English.
Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

Nice To Haves

Solid understanding of machining operations and shop math preferred.
