About the position

The CNC Operator position at Rhine Machining involves operating CNC mills and lathes in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The role requires precision in machining operations, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality in the production of metal and casting components.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors.
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces.
• Use measuring tools to control machining operations such as dial indicators, micrometers, scales, tape measures, and calipers.
• Perform machining operations on various metals and castings.
• Operate more than one machine at a time.

Requirements

• Skilled in CNC milling or lathe operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools and quality control processes.
• Basic knowledge of G&M code for CNC programming.
